pictures - check it out

Ok so they are only random pictures taken at christmass, but you can see my hair pritty well. I'd like to hear what you guys think.
The last one has an example of one of those clips I keep talking about saying work better than ponytails.
What about my facial hair? Is it "working"? Should I keep it?
I appologize for the HUGE file sizes, but as of yet I have no way of altering them.

Your current length reminds me of how much I'm going to have to wait and catch up for any real length gain on my already 10cm or so length hair.
That's what you get for having trimms to regularly, I soppose.
Ohh, nice hair BTW. :)

As someone who has worn facial hair for over 11 years, I can honestly say that it totally suits you. Definately keep it. The full beard looks great, and I'm trying to picture you with a goatee. I think that would look good too if you ever decided to change anything, but the full beard looks awesome.
The long hair looked great in the "before" pic, but you look totally different (for the better) with the facial hair.

Looks great and the facial hair definatly is a keeper.
Regarding the file sizes, someone already had posted a link to paintshop pro below, you can often downgrade the file size just using your normal paint program though. If the photos came from a scanner or digital camera or whatever the sizes can be downed some, just go to your paint program on your comp, bring up the file and resave it as a jpeg/diff name, the file size should decrease quite a bit with lil to none discolorfigeration or anything of the such. If it doesn't work just email me or something and I can get the sizes and whatever else you need down n return them.

Also you might want to make the images physically smaller. To do this go to MS Paint "Start \ programs \ accessories \ paint" and open one of your pictures within paint, or you can just right click one of the images and select "Open with" and then choose paint. In paint, click on "Image \ stretch/skew" Then decrease the Vertical and Horizontal by at least half (50% by 50%). Once you do this, click "File \ Save as" then save it as a different name and change the file type to "jpeg". The file size will be MUCH smaller.

Your page does not work right now "Bandwidth Limit Exceeded", the pics must be really large when already your site "crashes" when some people view it.
You can send me your pics and I'll reduce them for you :-)

The pictures were too big and there was just too much traffic. I'll set it up better next time, I just did it on a whim. Thanks for the responses everybody.
