Winter nastiness and Hair

Anyone else hate it that winter makes your hair all dry and frizzy and impossible to brush? i was out today and the wind just blowed my parting out and i literally couldnt see. Ive noticed though many girls dont seem to have this problem. Those that had their hair down seemed nice and silkey etc great condition. Anyone have any advice on this situation? i dont want to put it in a tail.

Oh, man. I went skiing this last weekend, and I was wondering the exact same thing. There were girls that wore their hair loose, save for maybe a hat, and it looked fine. My hair, on the other hand was extremely messy and very gross to the touch. I just don't get it.

It depends on the type and texture of your hair, not your sex. If your hair is silky straight then it pretty much behaves no matter what. But, if it's curly then it's going to be a mess in the wind. You probably only noticed the straight haired girls, because they were probably the only ones wearing their hair down. The curly haired girls probably had their hair pulled back.
Winter passes...

...and I found that the longer my hair got the less I noticed the effects.

After being blinded myself several times today...it's just your imagination. My hair blinds me in the wind, and it does knot up.
It looks alright, but when I get home it's a knotted mess to finger and comb through. It's just your perception. Everyone is having the same problem, females included.
