Is it ok for men to use a hair straightener? My hair is kind of wavy and I like it better when it is straight but I don't want to be that one guy who straightens his hair haha. What do you guys think??

Some guys here straighten their hair, so don't let that stop you. Ask around to find out what the best thing to do it is. I've heard some of them can be rather damaging, so I stay away from them. Besides, I think I like my hair just the way it is.

depends on what kind of product you use, ceramic hot iron does an amazing job, and it's not as damaging as other metal hot irons. Be sure to get the professional ones from a salon or online, even though it is pricy (price range from 70 to 140 something), because it works 100 times better than the generic brands from Walmart or Target. It's only a device for you to get the kind of hair you want, why care about why other people say?

I dyed my ex's hair when I did mine, braided it, brushed it....basically lavished it with my attention. It isn't a gender based subject. Your hair should be treated with care.
As far as straightening, I would approach it with as much care as possible. Look for the "least invasive" or "least damaging" processes.
I use a blow dryer with cool, warm, and hot settings. I use the warm setting and the largest round brush there is. The large round brush with the blow dryer tends to straighten rather than curl.

Is it ok for a guy to straighten his hair? Is it ok for a guy to have long hair in the first place? Or for that matter, is it ok for a guy to be himself? Or is it better that a guy lives out his entire life, and goes to the grave never having done what he wanted?
Answers:
Yes.
Hell Yes.
Without a shred of doubt.
and finally ABSOLUTELY NOT!!!
