I've been wondering, since your body works at a faster pace when you excersise properly and eat well, would'nt your hair grow faster if your metabolism is quicker than average?does anyone know?

My doc reckons hair growing saps most of your strength! So I'd say yeah. I have no flipping energy right now and my hair won't grow at ALL.

I'm inclined to think that anything that brings greater blood flow to the scalp, including excercise, would speed up hair growth. Though not by much. I think that the more noticable effect would be on the quality of the hair that is produced.
