just wondering, whats your opinions on trimming the bottom of your hair (the lowest ones) so the bangs can catch up with them? i personally think it looks better and alot neater that way and makes your hair look thicker but takes a while to get as long as it would be had you not trimmed, let me hear some thoughts on that please

Those looking to grow their hair all one length, which is the normal concesus with most hardcore long haired guys (I would consider myself one also) would say to trim at the back occasionally untill the bangs catch up. This is also true with a lot of guys as to avoid any degree of a mullet look. I myself have hair that is at many layers of length down towards the lower half of my hair length. This does not bother me at all. I do not plan on trimming these layers out gradually either because I personally like the way those lower half layers look. It gives my hair a slight eighties look without being too layered the way those rockers had their hair back in the eighties. Peace!

I have to agree - big hair is nice but sometimes the shaggy flowing look is wonderful. :)

I've gone for regular trims on the back. Every 3 months. I go for one more next month and that'll make my hair all the same length! :) Finally hehehe
