Groom your eyebrows

As men age they all too often neglect their eyebrows and don't end up look like some old politician
I think you should not feel such a big sook to pluck them or trim them and allway keep combing them with an eyebrow comb.

Does anyone have any advice on how to trim eyebrows? Like what to use and what to and not do?

heh... I do away with eyebrows alltogether. Makes for a distinguished look without seeming too 'freaky.' It's something of a time consuming process, however; I usually do it when I'm waiting for something to finish its operation.

Personally, I can't imagine a lack of eyebrows looking anything but freaky and sickly. Even just waxed/plucked eyebrows tend to look sickly.
I compare things to a lack of eyebrows if I want to describe them as looking anatomically amiss. Since comparing something with itself is redundant, I'd have to come up with something else to describe this... like having your chin completely removed.

Yes I agree entirely. I have seen so many women in the 50s with bald eyebrows that will never grow back again because they thought it looked cool when they were a teenager to overpluck them to the extent they plucked them to death.
I just keep mine trimmmed to within 10mm length and pluck the ones off the bridge of my nose and within the eyesockets, then I comb them to keep them clean and that is about it.

I have to admit I have plucked my eyebrows ever since my then girlfriend started plucking them for me when I was in college. I normally just pull the hairs out with my fingers. I've been doing it that way for so long that I actually find it harder to use tweezers.
I used to work with a girl who had no eyebrows, and I thought it made her look like an alien! She was an engineer, as was I. As far as I could work out she marked on her eyebrows with makeup, but she didn't wear any makeup to work. Weird!

You can have them waxed (which I do every once in a while), but mostly I just pluck them to keep them looking nice. Use good tweezers and have at it.

there are electric trimmmers you can buy for that very purpose. I got one from panasonic that works great.

I only trim eyebrow hairs if they grow so long that they get in my eye. I have curly ones that eventually do. Much as I like hair, I don't like the feel of one on my eyeball!
I have a similar issue with mustache hairs that curl up into my nostrils. :-)
So guys, while we're on this topic of unusual sproutings, what do you do about ear hairs? Once in a while I will push my hair back and find a few hairs coming out of my ears. When I find one, I trim it off, but I don't go looking for them often. The longest one I ever found was three inches long.
