19 inches in three years is about average. I think most guys here (at least us under the two year mark) would feel plenty cool with 19 inches of hair. Enjoy what you have and just give it time. If you've had the patience to grow 19 inches, then you can do another 19 i'm sure.

Is Jojoba oil still in use with some people? Suppose to help clear up blocked root growth.
I used to use a great jojoba shampoo but it is not available anymore.

Biotin supplements work very well. I take 4-5 mg's a day and I believe I obtain more than the average half-inch per month as a result of this

Congradulations on reaching 19 inches, If you are of average height your hair should reach your lower back, if you are tall it should reach a bit below mid-back, if you are short it should be nearly waist length. Your hair growth is right on target for 3 years since hair normally grows about 6 inches per year. Since your hair growth rate is genetically predetermined, it cannot be altered by much. You may be able to improve that growth rate a little (maybe 10 percent) by eating a healthy diet and getting adequate exercise and proper sleep but there is no magic potion that will significantly speed up hair growth. My advice is to avoid snake oil potions whose manufacturers claim to greatly increase hair growth rate. It would be best to spend that money on good quality shampoo and conditioner instead. Above all, be patient and put in the time it takes to have that butt length hair you have always wanted. You have made it this far already and I see no reason why you should not be able to achieve your goal length. Best wishes. Absalom
