Hi all. I have thick, close to mid back length hair. What's a mild but good shampoo and conditioner to use that would be good for keeping it moisturized and looking good?

I always suggest Aussie Moist because it's clean, inexpensive and easy to find.

Isnt aussie moist for dry and damaged hair?
i've got normal hair currently. can i use aussie moist even though my hair is normal.
