razorcut?

I've been growing my hair outer longer to get long hair look using razorcut with lots of texture... Exactly how long does it have to be?...
To give you a good idea of my hair length... My bangs go down to the bottom of my nose, I can basically wrap my front hair around behind my ears, and the hair on back of my face almost touches the bottom of my neck..
