I was just wondering how many hairs is it normal to lose on a daily basis? i find myself often looking at my brush and thinking it is not normal. My hair fell out at the age of 14 due to stress but it grew back but it is still quite thin. Maybe I am just paranoid but im scared it is falling out again and I would like to know what is the normal ammount of hair to shed a day. thank you p.s i am 20

The hair ammount varies person to person, hair is always falling out, chances are its just long enough now that your able to notice/see it happening. Instead of the smaller peices that have fallen out over time. The longer your hair gets the more notice you'll take to it. Chances are its nothing but normal and you shouldn't worry about it.
It varies by person....

It varies by person. According to medical books, it's normal to shed 50-150 hairs a day (with 100 hairs being the average). Of course that includes all hairs lost (during brushing, in the shower, etc.).

If stress affects your hair. You might find ways to relax. Maybe get some massage therapy. That will help your circulation as well.
