Question

Hello everyone.
Around April of 2003 I decided to try and grow my hair out. I remained patient as my hair started to get frizzes and stuff, and when I had enough of them, I made the cardinal mistake of going to an ordinary barber to fix my hair. Then, as is mentioned in one of those "How To Grow Out Your Hair" tutorials, the guy messed it up and now I have hair down to like 3' (from a 7 or an 8'). Oh, and its still frizzy. Now, to my question:
If I go to a competent hair stylist, would he/she be able to make the frizzes go away and give me a nice hair style after just growing it out for another year, or will I have to start all over (i.e. shave bald and start again)? What do you guys suggest? Thanks.

D00d...I honestly wouldn't get your hair cut to get rid of frizzies at all. Unless your hair is just wretchedly damaged from root to tip, then the frizzies are probably largely a result of your hair's length. However, as mine has grown out I've had to take matters into my own hands; not by cutting it but by experimenting with shampoos, conditioners, alchemy, and various pagan rituals. I'd try to be nice to your hair and reason with it before giving it the axe.

Hi-
I would say use a "small" amount of Gel for now..........just enough to help at such a short length. And, don't go near a Stylist or Barber Shop again for years.
Good Luck
