I have five years experience using Unidata / UniVerse as an Analyst Programmer and would be interested in a Senior AP or Development Manager role in the USA.

Are non US citizens considered for IT positions in US companies and if so, what is the next step - i.e. Work Permit , Intereviews etc.

If anybody can throw some light on this subject, I would be really grateful.
