16x16x16 Color Palette (4096 Colors)
If you are using a computer with a 12 bit display using 4096 colors,
Netscape may be using the colors shown here. Unfortunately, most of
these colors dither on 8 bit displays, and the colors optimized for
8 bit displays dither on 12 bit displays. I have not yet
tested this on such an environment. If you are using such an
environment, please look carefully at the image for dithering. Please
let me know if you see dithering. Let me know what your platform is
and how it is configured.
For what it's worth, here are the same colors with their corresponding
closest colors in the 6x6x6 color palette.
