Tips.

Yo. I've wanted to grow my hair out for a long time now but as soon as it gets down to my ears it gets really frayed on the ends in the front of my hair. I shampoo and condition every day and take good care of my hair. Any suggestions on how to combat this problem would be greatly appreciated.

Your hair is probably getting dried out from too many washings. As it gets longer, it should be washed less, as the scalp oil has more hair to dissipate into. You should only shampoo once a week, and just rinse and apply conditioner on the other days.

I have to wash my hair everyday. Otherwise it looks greasy
grungy and disgusting.

Try using just conditioner on it everyother day and shampoo and conditioner the other days.
