Progress pic, 1.5 years

One and a half years without a full cut (growing from relatively short hair of 2 inches), I've been slowly growing it out with trims in the back (from a trusted stylist) to let everything even out and all the layers grow to equal length. Here's how it looks today. Currently the longest strands of hair are 10 inches long. It's been hard but I am glad I went through with it, it's almost to the point where I can tie it back into a ponytail. Can't wait! :)

Awesome hair. It is beautiful. It is hard to tell from the picture lighting how far down it hangs. Shoulders or mid-neck? Is it even all the way around? Also, do you use any styling products on it? It is really, really nice.
Looks great!

I would love to try for this kind of look too. Would you mind saying how old you are? And do you have any pic of what it looked like when you started? How did you explain to a hairstylist to do the trims properly?
Wow, you are HOT!

Hello I'm a french man, and I have at the beginning the same hair like you 3 years ago; I cut it at the same lenght like a nice bowl cut, and you have the lenght enought for this, and little more long in the face. it's look very nice and many girls like my cut.
And from, two year I continue to grow my hair with all with the same lenght. I have now a long bowl cut, but to cut before it's better to look fine during the awake stage.
Cut quickly you hair like I made, and send me a picture.
Share experiences?

Would you be willing to share your experiences? At what stage did you get trims? How did you instruct the stylist? What products do you use? Thanks
