Wannabe Longhairs

Haha, i saw the funniest thing today... a guy with about 4 inches of hair had gelled his hair back (on top) and formed a small ponytail at the back held strongly with a small rubberband, letting the rest of the hair in the back fall freely. Although this is a popular style, or one i see often amongst those who truly have longhair, i have never seen it sported on hair this short!! Quite a site... lol ~_^
im disapointed

Whats your problem, the guy might have liked how it look like this. I give him credit for it too. I think guys with long hair as im asuming you have where more acceting to other styles then your own. You sicken me. I truly dis-like people like you. Let the guy be who he wants to be and look how he wishes. Im very disapointed in you. I hope i never meet a long haired guy that can make fun of people about ther hair. Im just pretty angry at this point so im going to get off here and cool down a bit.

In retrospect, my comments may not have been in the best taste and would perhaps have been better left unsaid. Oftentimes… candid souls, such as myself, act on impulse, which, as unfortunate as it may seem, is reflected in our actions and even literature. Do not mistake my words, I am in no way conforming to your rigid ideologies nor am I trying to, for your sake, simulate a similar mindset to that of your own. In going with this, I feel no obligation to apologize as I believe it is in our actions that you will find our character, we should not be ashamed of what many may view as ‘deficiencies’ in character as they are rather intangable traits that make us whom we are. None should express shame over their construction as handed to them from either chance or god, depending on your belief system. In closing, I’m sorry that we are indifferent on this matter.

As you so eloquently state: "I believe it is in our actions that you will find our character...", affirms that, in fact, you ARE an idiot!
This has got to be a joke on me

I just found it funny, knowing i myself have been in such a position where i found myself so eager to have long hair that i flirted with this idea, as i think many people here have. But this guy actually did it, props to him, but its so unbelievable that he would do this that it almost makes you chuckle to yourself. This doesnt mean im prejudice to such people... wow, i cant believe such an innocent remark would see such a response, haha.

As far as I can tell, Polska only thought it rather unusual that someone with short hair would try to sport a longhair look such as a ponytail, he never said it was stupid or wrong. Like he said, lighten up and laugh a little. You can think something to be comicly different and still accept it as individuality. Maybe the dude he seen was in the early stages of growing his hair out long and just couldn't wait like most of us. I've done that very same thing myself and I think it to be kinda comical in a way. We can laugh at it and not be ridiculing it. CHILL!!!! Oh yea, and KEEP IT LONG!!!!!
