Amino Acids as a conditioner

I am kind of interested in using amino acids for my hair as a conditioner(Amino Acid 2000). Will I see an improvement and faster hair growth if I use amino acids for my hair?

On what theory do you expect this to work? Amino acids are building blocks for the manufacture of protein. However, it takes cellular metabolism to put the building blocks together. Applying them to dead tissue would seem to be a wasted effort. Injesting amino acids, on the other hand, will make them available for metabolism. Of course some are manufactured internally. Others, such as lysine, must be ingested. What amino acids occur in Amino Acid 2000?

Ok if you visit GNC you will find the product by TWINLAB Amino Fuel 2000 which has 2000mg of amino acids per tablet. It has all the amino acids let me tell you the names of the amino's in the tablet:
Lysine, Histidine, Arginine, Asparatic Acid, Threonine, Serine, Proline, Alanine, Glycine, Glutamic Acid, Cystine, Valine, Methionine, Isoleucine, Leucine, Tyrsine, Phenylalanine, Tryptophan, and Carnitine.
Now, I did an experiment. I bought a bottle of tablet, crushed them, mixed them in water and created a conditioner. When I use it my hair is thicker and also a feeling that my scalp became tighter.
I used to purchase Nioxin and there is amino acids in the Scalp Thearpy Coenzyme Q-10, B viamins, and other nutrients to help clense the scalp, but with the aminos applied onto my scalp, I notice better results with my hair and the feeling of my scalp.
