Sulfates in Conditioners and Shampoos!

I was wondering out of all the sulfates (Sodium Laureth, Sodium Laurel, Ammonium Laureth, Ammonium Laurel, etc.) in shampoos and conditioners, which is healthiest, and which one is right for me? My hair is naturally straight and brown, down to the middle of my back, but I dyed it black about a year ago. Also, any extra washing tips you guys could give me? I also live in Arkansas, so the humidity gets pretty high down here, you know.

I've read on one of those hair care web sites that Sodium Laureth Sulfate is the best for conditioning. I use an herbal essence shampoo and conditioner that contains the stuff and I get good results.

Generally speaking, you want to stay with the "Laureths" and stay away from the "Laurels".

Ammonium Laurel Sulfate is the worst (most damaging) and Sodium Laureth Sulfate is the lightest, the laureth sulfates are lighter than the laurel sulfates but I dont think any of them are supposed to be really good

Hey I created the untimate conditioner which don't contain any sulpher. Here is how you create it. Get a bottle of Amino Fuel 2000, a B-vitamin supplement, Saw Palmetto vitamins, and Fever Flew herbal vitamin. Combine all 4 supplements together and combine with water. Mix untill its a conditioner. Add it to your hair and let it condition your hair for 5 minutes. After you rinse it out, your hair will be healthy and extremely thick after one use.
THe best shampoo is Nioxin but the best conditoner to use is the one I told you how to create because its all natural vitamins and no chemicals added to it.
I heard rumors that only wash your hair every other day or once a week I guess it depends if on the composition of your hair or your oils that build up on your scalp.
Good luck man and try my creation you wont be dissapointed I promise.
