For any interested, I have posted links to 6 sites showing guys growing their hair out. I thought it might be nice to have them all listed in one place.
Cool, thanks!

Makes for a nice link page, Stanley! I'll have to update mine, or start revolving my entire site around hair growth. I simply don't have the time to work on the other sections right now.
Which reminds me... today's the 15th! I'll see about getting some more progress pictures taken today!

I have one suggestion -- If you're intending this for public use, don't use absolute font sizes or absolute positioning. You will get something that looks good on a very limited hardware base and looks terrible on other hardware. On my computer, for example, the text is rendered so small I can't read it. It renders as a font size of about 6 points. Worse, my system is set up with very high resolution (2048 by 1536 pixels) because I do a lot of high resolution image processing. Consequently, I have my computer set up for large fonts. But if you set absolute font sizes, you override my browser defaults, rendering the page unreadable.
Better is to use relative sizing to control font size.

Well, I'm only using Geocities Pagebuilder so I don't think I can do what you are suggesting.
With all due respect, I think you are in the great minority to be using such a screen resolution. For those in the 800-1000 range, the links and words should show up fine.

I realize I'm in the minority with respect to screen resolution. However, it is also a 22 inch monitor, so I have a lot of real estate to put all those pixels on. Anyone who needs to set their computer up with large fonts for whatever reason wil encounter the same problem. Anyway, the point of HTML is to be able to code in a single way for everybody. Using absolute values defeats this purpose.
I did notice the page was made with pagebuilder. I've never used that tool, so I don't know how it works.
BTW, I compared the font rendered by IE to fonts created using Paintshop Pro (I did this in order to be objective on the subject). I had to use a 6 point font in Paintshop Pro to match the size on your links page. I don't know of anyone except for lawyers who write disclaimers who think a 6 point font is normal. This point size is independent of screen resolution, which only determines how big such a coded point size is rendered on the screen.
One thing I did notice was that the smallest fonts used size=-2, the next smallest used size=-1, and the third smallest (largest?) had no such adjustment. The font that is supposed to be the normal one should be the one with no adjustment. Usually this means that categories and subcategories have +2 and +1 respectively.
I have heard that Mac users have trouble with being able to read such small fonts. If there are any Mac users here, I'd be curious if you have any problems reading the page.
Well, enough of my rant. I didn't mean to come down hard on you particularly. I guess you could say my problem is with Geocities.
Thanks, Stanley...

Great bookmark to have. I might suggest putting a HOME link back to your main page from that page so we can keep updated on you also, friend. Peace!
Hey thanks :-D
