it's the kind for curly hair... i didn't realize there would be other kinds of the vive, i thought it was just one shampoo/conditioner. anyway, i used it this morning, i loved the way my hair felt...and it smells so nice! just wondering which l'oreal vive product you other people use... i saw one called "nutrimoisture" i think, and there may have been another... i'm not good with making decisions on what kind to get, so i just went with the one for curly hair since my hair is a bit curly/wavy. to those who use the melting gel, how do you style? do you just put some in and let it dry or do you blow dry? anyway, i am highly pleased with the shampoo and conditioner, even after using it just once!

: When I use the Melting Gel, I usually just apply some to the hair on the lower back of my head where it is thickest and tends to curl up and let it air dry after I shower.

Yes, the one everyone seems to be experimenting with is ViVE Smooth Intense...
. . . in the big ORANGE bottles!

no, it wasn't the smooth intense one... i'll have to look at it when i get home and i'll reply with what it is. seems like i got the wrong one (i was trying to get the one that was being talked about here, and wasn't sure which it was)... but it seemed to work great! i used the melting gel today and so far it has kept my hair in place pretty well... my hair is a bit unruly in the back, but i guess i'll have to bear that for a while longer.

Well, maybe that one will work for you! Anyway, you can always try
the other one (orange bottles) later. Let us know how it goes!
ALSO: You are using the MELTing Gel which imparts shine, some slickness,
and some control...
for a bit more control (and for those important 'touch-ups') try
L'Oreal Liquid SPRAY Gel (usually next to the Melting Gel on the shelf)
It's great for controlling those 'strays.'
Good Luck!
