Rock on two week rule!

Hey gang,
You may remember my "two weeks" post a few days back. It's now been five days, actually, and I'm happy to report that the two week rule worked! Several really good hair days, plus what seems to be the definitive season change have combined to make me happier with my hair. I just took some pictures with absolutely no product in my hair, and I have to say I'm getting happier with the results. I sitll wouldn't be comfortable with this look normally, as it's very big, frizzy and tough to control.
So thanks for all of your support; it really helped.

The new pics look great. Great volume and shine. You and I have very similar hairtypes, yet I am a few months behind you. I can symphathize with you about this hairtype being frustrating and tough to control. However, at least for me, the longer it gets the happier I am that I have this hairtype. It will be GREAT for hair of around..say...two feet.

dan,
let me just say that i for one am VERY glad that two week rule worked for you...why? because i checked out the most recent pics on your website, and i must say you have an amazingly incredible head of hair! i would have had to have gone through mourning if you cut something that looks that good.
keep it growing, keep it growing, keep it growing.
and congrats on a fantastic head of hair!

Those new pics are great and MAKE ME JEALOUS, MAN! LOL! I can't wait till my hair gets THAT long.
I can't get my hair into a decent ponytail yet, but I'm not too far off. My wife keeps wanting me to put it up in a half ponytail, but even then it gives me a little trouble staying in because my hair is so many different lengths throughout. I am maintaining my patience though, and one day soon, Lord willing, I will be joining guys like you in the ranks. Peace!

I am glad to hear that you decided to let it grow. Your hair will only improve with time as gravity will play an increasing role to control your hair as it gets longer.

Good for you Dan.
Sometimes I've toyed w/ the idea of getting my hair cut and thought of the 2 week rule. I always start reading this board again and it never fails, I don't get it cut!
You guys ROCK!
Big?

It actually doesn't look big or frizzy in those pics...more like healthy and full. Looks very nice!
