Yeah, I use that too. It makes my hair really dry and frizzy, but I haven't found anything much better either. I posted here a few days ago asking about it but got only one reply, so I'll stick with it for now. We've all rehashed the subject of shampoo's so often, everyone is prob'ly sick of talkin' about it! My hair is about 6" below my shoulders, but it's so wavy, when it dries it just barely looks shoulder length!
So, once again, if anyone has suggestions, I could use 'em!
Joico and Bealite

Hi mudtallica,
I found the a/m products worked miracles for my hair. It used to be very frizzy and dry but Joico K-Pak (Shampoo) and Intense Moisturizer (Conditioner) made it more silky and manageable. I alternate my shampooing (and also conditioning) between the 2 brands to prevent build-up.
Here's some proof...

It's hard to know which shampoo works better since we all react differently to the products. Just for the record, though, I use Herbal Essence for both my shampoo and my conditioner and have no complaints yet! :)
Baby Shampoo...hello!

There ARE certainly a LOT of shampoos out there!...
Baby shampoo is gentle but it might not be for you.
Maybe you need a moisturizing shampoo...
Also, use just enough to clean your hair withOUT making a lot of lather.
Conditioners: I use Aussie 3-Minute Miracle but I am trying
Aussie MOIST tomorrow....I suppose you can tell I have dry hair...he..he

It has its uses. It doesn't seem to remove any hair stuff, like styling products and conditioners, it works much better if you put nothing in. And it doesn't rinse that "clear." But it does kinda keep the hair in place and seems "stronger."
