Axl Rose

This is yet another trivial post (People don't seem to take to well to my more serious ones):
Remember the title of the STILL yet-to-be-released Guns N' Roses album, "Chinese Democracy"? Well, The Offspring have recently announced that that title is the one they plan to use for their next album. Dexter Holland of The Offspring said that he chose to 'steal' the title of Axl's pending relase in an act of spite over - get this - HAIR. Me thinks it was more of a jokey excuse than anything, but Holland claims that he's taking the "You snooze, you loose" approach to record titles because Axl dissed him by copying the dreads he used to have.

Good, Axl is a putze. I remeber the show in Vancouver for which he didn't even show up for, he deserves a diss like this.

First of all Offspring are WANKS. I personally careless about ripping the name because that's all it will be known for.
Second, is to Polska. Axl COULDNT show up in Vancouver because they pulled the plug on his tour after the PA Riot. Axl didn't even know. Get the facts straight before you diss a God like Rose.

Hey man, I’m not trying to get on anyone’s nerves here, I’m just exercising my right to free speech. I don’t like the guy, and for more than the one reason. The facts were that a lot of ppl paid money that Axl got some of and never saw a show. Axl has pulled other questionable stunts before. Like punching a fan in the face. Sure, some of his music is ok, but I don’t see anything else to defend about this guy.
I agree...

GnR had some great music and I think Slash is one of the best bluesy rock guitarist, but that Axl Rose is one self destructive individual who needs a major attitude adjustment. He's a description of a person who doesn't know how good he's got it compared to most other people. Very childish acting individual indeed. Hope this little opinion of mine doesn't spark any undue hate in anyone! After all, everyone is intitled their personal opinion, right? Peace! (Axl Rose is a very talented singer, just has a very bad personality)

Axl has a habbit of pissing off every lead guitarist he works with,
Lets see- Tracii Guns, Izzy Stradlin, Gilby Clarke, ZakK Wylde, Dave Navarro and Slash. Even Brian May says that its "not easy to work with him."
Quoting from guitarist mag,
"on the eve of the tour Axl informed that rest of the band that he would only play if they all write over ownership of the name. Cancelling the name would mean millions of dollars in lost revenue"
Rob Affuso (supporting gnr) "You always wondered if Axl was going to show up on stage, sometimes the tour manager would run out and cry 'we cant find axl, keep playing'"
Face it guys, he's an arrogant cunt who doesn't care for his fans- just the money and the lifestyle.
Getting the facts straight

Correct me if I'm wrong, but I think you are incorrect to defend Axl by saying that he couldn't show up in Vancouver because of something that happened in PA. According to MTV's website, "The first North American Guns N' Roses tour in more than nine years was set to kick off November 7 in Vancouver." How could the Vancouver show have possibly been cancelled over an incident that had yet to occur in PA (Unless you are referring to a tour from way back in '93 or before)?
Anyway, while I do have tremendour respect for Axl's abilities as an artist, I'm afraid I do echo Polska's sentiments regarding his character. If Axl was really serious about re-committing to both his fans and to his music, he would've been in Vancouver with the rest of his band for the show's rehearsal instead of trying to fly in just before the show started.
