I can't get enough of my hair!
Posted by SynthSnob on April 07, 2003 at 20:26:16: Previous Next
Hi fellow long-hairs!
Jus' thought I might ask if anyone else has certain days where they just can't get enough of their hair. I was studying for exams a few weeks ago but I also had an exceptionally good hair day and I was distracted by it to the point that I just couldn't stop looking at it and posing in the mirror.
Does anyone else get this and find it a tad annoying at times?
ummm ????

I'm amazed...does this mean that nearly every star in Hollywood is queer?

It just goes to explain the lack of longetivity in Hollywood marriages.
God help us...

That is an interesting way to look at narcissism, HBK_ however_ it seems rather trivial to mention anything like that unless you are indeed trying to imply that being narcissistic is wrong because its homoerotic (which you made of point of denouncing anyway)_ unless that negative connotation is there, SAYING that narcissism is homosexual is about as meaningful as saying that to be aroused by the opposite sex is to be heterosexual. So again, you deserve credit for your post, but only because it made me think about something (narcissism) in ways i never thought about it before (however trivial those ways of thinking may be...).

I don't really appreciate being referred to as gay, but then I know the truth. I guess you never know huh?

And is it just me, or do others get annoyed with these posters either mispelling simple words because they don't know better, or on the other hand, doing it because they think they're cool or cute for doing it?
For example: "wuts"

What of subject-verb disagreements that set my teeth on edge? "Yet does not" would sound better if replaced with "yet you do not."
Meanwhile, having GONE to a public high school, but a few scant years ago, the fact that anyone is shocked that a senior would not know what narcissicm was only shows that they --the shocked-- have been out of high school for a good while. Trust me, institutions of higher learning they are NOT! Frankly, they're just places to store horny teenagers for eight hours a day so the world can function without their hormones clogging the system.

I have days like that. I like to look at my hair in the mirror just to look for new growth/landmarks.
Actually...

I'm with you...I find this mass of hair to be more trouble than it's worth. Were it not for my partner's insistence, I'd be back to a more conventional haircut
